Tidak terasa kita sama-sama akan melewati pergantian tahun. 2019 berakhir dan selamat datang tahun 2020. Tentunya sebagian besar orang memanfaatkan akhir tahun dan awal tahun baru ini untuk berlibur bersama keluarga atau menghabiskan waktu dengan berjalan-jalan. Salah satu moda transportasi yang pastinya akan setia menemani momen ini adalah sepeda motor Honda kesayangan konsumen setia Honda.
Astra Motor Sumsel tentunya sangat peduli akan kebahagiaan konsumen setianya di hari libur. Oleh karena itu menghadapi libur tahun baru ini, tim Honda CARE (Customer Assistance & Road Emergency) mengadakan piket khusus di tanggal 1 Januari 2020 nanti untuk mengantisipasi apabila ada konsumen setia Honda mengalami kendala saat berkendara di kota Palembang ini.
Konsumen Honda yang mengalami kendala darurat dengan sepeda motornya, cukup menghubungi 08117878808 baik via telepon atau Whatsapp. Nomor ini juga tersedia di aplikasi Motorku Express di menu Darurat. Jam operasional Honda CARE sendiri dimulai dari pukul 08.00 – 20.00 WIB. Layanan ini gratis, kecuali suku cadang apabila dibutuhkan untuk diganti.
Rita Kusuma selaku Customer Care Manager Astra Motor Sumsel menuturkan bahwa layanan HondaCARE akan selalu siap siaga di setiap hari besar atau libur nasional. ”Kami sangat berharap layanan ini semakin banyak diketahui dan dirasakan oleh masyarakat oleh karena itu kami konsisten untuk tetap melayani HondaCARE walau di hari libur. Tercatat rata-rata 2-3 konsumen menghubungi petugas kami, mulai dari mogok, aki yang soak, kunci stang rusak/hilang, sampai pergantian ban.”
“Jangan ragu untuk membeli sepeda motor Honda, karena kami senantiasa focus untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik, baik saat pra atau purna jual. Selamat berlibur, selamat tahun baru 2020”, tutup Rita.
