Palembang Sonora – 27 September 2023, Permasalahan asap masih melanda beberapa wilayah di Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel), titik api masih ditemukan diberbagai lokasi di Sumatera Selatan.
Kebakaran terjadi di beberapa lokasi, termasuk di Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) Sukawinatan, Kota Palembang dan daerah Sepucuk, Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI).
Kolaborasi untuk memadamkan karhutla ini melibatkan Tim Pemadam Kebakaran (Damkar), Polri, TNI, Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagsel serta Pertamina Hulu Rokan Regional 1 Zona 4 Prabumulih.
Karhutlah yang terjadi di Kabupaten OKI memberikan ancaman yang cukup besar bagi masyarakat sekitar dan lingkungan hidup karena dampak dari udara yang tidak sehat membahayakan pernapasan masyarakat sekitar.
Region Manager HSSE Sumbagsel, Ausil Maksudina menyatakan bahwa Pertamina selalu siap memberikan bantuan kepada masyarakat dalam situasi darurat, berkomitmen untuk menjaga lingkungan dengan penuh dedikasi, dan mengutamakan keselamatan dalam setiap tindakan kerja.
“Untuk mengatasi situasi kebakaran hutan dan lahan ini, Pertamina Sumbagsel telah mengirimkan tiga personil Fireman tersertifikasi dan satu Unit Fire Jeep dengan kapasitas pompa 500 Gallon Per Menit (GPM) untuk membantu menanggulangi karhutlah di Kabupaten OKI,” kata Ausil.
Sementara itu, Area Manager Communication, Relation & CSR Pertamina Sumbagsel, Tjahyo Nikho Indrawan mengungkapkan melalui bantuan penanggulangan karhutla menjadi prioritas utama sinergi untuk menghadapi situasi yang sedang dihadapi saat ini.
“Kami akan terus berkoordinasi dengan pihak dan instansi terkait khususnya wilayah Sumatera Selatan, semoga kondisi di lokasi karhutla dapat segera pulih,” ungkapnya.
